Exchange 2007  - Default Contacts to All Users
Hi All! I have been searching for the forum and i couldn't really find my question. So, in our company we have a SBS 2008 Exch 2007 (will be SP3 in this week) and we want to all the Outlook clients to have a default/commum contacts in adition to her's personals contacts. How can we achieve that ? How to create and add ? Best way so that's not very diffcult to add new contats to this gerenal list in the future? Ps. They can't lose the actuals contacts, this is all to work with the actuals. Thanks! :)Core

Why not just create a pst of those contacts and have the users upload? Wouldnt it be easier to have those contacts in the GAL instead?

A pst only contacts and uploaded to each computer/client ? Using a GAL (with a quick search) it's seams nice, but it's managed only by shell ? and on the server ? Examples.. Nobody had this request to his client's ? Core

Yes, the GAL is managed "on the server", but you can centrally add and remove accounts that are accessible to all users.
